Today I have found a rather interesting article about the so-called solution-oriented mindset. I have struggled to identify the correct term in the past, however, I always noticed people around me who inspired me always focused on solving problems and thinking about the future when the problem is gone.
How to cultivate this kind of attitude in a team environment is a separate challenge itself .
